During his father of the bride speech, Savannah’s dad played a video clip of a three or four year old Savannah talking about her future wedding day. She was sitting on the couch with her mom and telling her she was going to marry a prince. That prince ended up being Madison and Savannah had the wedding day she dreamed about as a little girl!
There was rain in the forecast all day leading up to Savannah & Madison’s wedding, but thankfully the day before the forecast cleared up and they had a beautiful sunshine filled wedding day! One of my favorite parts of the day was Savannah’s flower girls. They were actually “flower grandmas” and it was so adorable to see them walking down the aisle together. One of her grandma’s forgot to throw petals and it was hilarious seeing her other grandma whispering repeatedly to her to throw the petals! Savannah’s dad then escorted her down the aisle while her veil blew in the wind to a waiting Madison at the alter. After exchanging handwritten vows and being pronounced husband and wife, Madison pumped his fist in the air as he walked back down the aisle with his bride!
One of my favorite moments on Savannah & Madison’s wedding day other than the flower grandmas (who were just SO cute) and her dad’s father of the bride speech was just seeing how excited Savannah was all day to be marrying Madison! Savannah & Madison, thank you so much for trusting me to capture your day! I had so much fun with the two of you and I hope you love & cherish these photos for many years to come!! Much love, Jen. xx
