Lauren and Ryan are seriously the cutest engaged couple ever (and they’re also Michigan alums too)! I met Lauren last year when she reached out to me about photographing her sister Stephanie’s bridal shower and I was so happy when I was asked to photograph Lauren’s as well. Before Lauren’s bridal shower at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, MI a few weeks ago, we did a mini engagement session outside with her and Ryan! Lauren was wearing the cutest tulle skirt and cream fur shawl for her shower and I just loved the way her skirt moved in the pictures! They also had brought their Fujifilm Instax Mini camera, which I just had to incorporate because instant cameras and polaroids are so fun! We let Ryan do his own mini photoshoot of Lauren twirling around with the instant camera as I photographed it with my camera and the photos turned out so adorable! Finally, we snapped a few photos in the lobby of the Royal Park under their gorgeous chandeliers before Lauren got to enjoy her bridal shower inside the Conservatory!
