I’m so, so excited to share Stephanie & Braden’s Chicago History Museum wedding photos on the blog today! This venue has been on my dream wedding venue bucket list for years (wait until you see it’s majestic black and white marble floors & it’s stunning facade with those columns & steps) and I was so excited when Stephanie reached out about photographing her & Braden’s wedding day!! Stephanie & Braden did a first look on the museum steps and we took the majority of their bride & groom photos before the ceremony began!
When it was time to walk down the aisle, they were joined by around 20 of their closest family & friends to witness them becoming husband & wife. Stephanie’s family wasn’t able to travel from overseas to be at the wedding due to COVID, so rather than having Stephanie walk down the aisle herself, Braden walked with her and it was such a beautiful moment! They had their ceremony live streamed to everyone back home so they could still be a part of their day! Braden even had Stephanie’s dad send over a audio message that he played for Stephanie during the ceremony and it was the sweetest thing ever! Pretty sure there wasn’t a dry eye in the room! After they were pronounced husband & wife, the guests gathered outside for family photos & then it was time for a quick spin on the beautiful black & white marble dance floor, a toast from the newlyweds to their guests & cutting the cake before everyone enjoyed a meal together!
