Most days you'll find me sitting at my kitchen counter, clad in a mix of J.Crew and Zara (in neutral colors, of course), pouring my heart into this business of mine while dancing along to my latest Spotify playlist and sipping on a cup of hot tea. I'm an award-winning, published wedding photographer that is obsessed with all things classic and elegant. I'm a former California girl, but a true Midwesterner at heart. I love warm hugs, live music and getting texts from my brides that they cried when they saw their wedding photos!! I live for mornings on my yoga mat and green juice after. Among friends, I'm known for never missing an episode of The Bachelor on Monday nights, overusing exclamation points, and disliking coffee (but loving coffee shops)!

Carly and Charles’ downtown Detroit engagement session is one of my new all-time faves!! I met up with these two last October for their engagement session and it was such a great night!! You just can’t beat the stunning view of the city and the Detroit skyline from this rooftop!
I met up with Calsey & Ken recently for their Detroit Engagement Photos at the Detroit Institute of Arts!! We started in the beautiful Diego Rivera Courtyard, probably one of my favorite indoor spots in Detroit! You can’t beat the murals in this space, the natural light & the beautiful architecture!!
Tatiana & Ara were married this past December in a beautiful ceremony at their church surrounded by their family and friends. The morning of the wedding, Tatiana’s Maid of Honor zipped her into her lace and tulle dress and her bridesmaids gathered to give her a champagne toast send-off before her first look with Ara!
Kennedy & Dakota were married on the 2nd Saturday in November surrounded by all of their family & friends during a beautiful Garden Theater wedding in Detroit. Kennedy’s grandma, mom & sister were on hand to help her get her into her stunning lace cutout dress and tears fell from her mother’s eyes as she buttoned her daughter into the dress.
Olompia & Alex were married last month surrounded by all of their family and friends! These two met at the very same church where they got married at (how cool is that) and they are just about the cutest couple ever!!
Nick & Amanda met one summer on the lake in Amanda’s hometown. She knew most of the people who lived there and when she saw Nick’s unfamiliar face, she walked the sandbar over & said hi! She invited him & his friends to come hang out with her and her friends and by the end of the night, they had exchanged numbers!
