It was a beautiful day in Washington, D.C. when I met up with Erin and Scott to take their one year wedding anniversary photos. After scouting some DC locations, I fell in love with the C&O Canal in Georgetown and we decided to take the photos there at sunset! The light was amazing and the canal backdrop was just so gorgeous. I felt like we were transported to Europe for a bit (especially since I stopped for macarons earlier in the day)! There were also tons of cobblestone back alleys against the canal which were really cool to walk along. Erin and Scott were pros in front of the camera and it made for such fresh and natural photos!
