I met up with Gaby & Chad recently for their Downtown Detroit engagement session. I previously photographed Gaby’s friend Lisa’s wedding and was so excited when she reached out to me about photographing her wedding to Chad. Our original plan was to go to the fountain on Belle Isle for their engagement photos, but the Grand Prix had shut down access to it, so we ended up at one of my favorite spots, the Detroit Institute of Arts instead!

I’m not sure what I love more about Malia & Erik’s engagement session – Malia’s blue floral embroidered dress or that gorgeous sunset light?! I met up with these two a little over a week ago at the University of Michigan for their engagement session!

I met up with Kayleigh & Dan recently for their Edsel & Eleanor Ford House engagement photos and we had such a beautiful Michigan spring day! The sun was so glowy in the sky as it set and the trees were in full bloom with the prettiest white florals cascading everywhere!!

Kathy & John are just about the cutest couple ever! Kathy was so giggly the entire time when she was looking at John and it was so obvious by the way they interacted together just how in love they truly are!!

I met up with Liz & Sean last week for their engagement session in Detroit! We started at Selden Standard where they grabbed cocktails and hung out in their back garden space before heading over to the Detroit Institute of Arts to finish their session.

I met up with Kristen & Ethan last week for their engagement photos. Rain was in the forecast and after moving around our start time a bit to try and time it for when it was supposed to stop, the drizzle thankfully cleared up 15 minutes into their session!!
