When I met up with Kristina & Patrick for their engagement session, the skies were overcast and there was no chance of a glowy sunset, but the clouds diffused the light beautifully and made Kristina’s blush dress & Patrick’s classic navy blazer pop. I can’t get over how creamy the color tones are in the photographs! We also had a little bit of wind and I loved the way it ruffled the skirt of Kristina’s long dress. I swear, long dresses just add so much more to engagement photos and capturing that movement creates stunning moments frozen in time. It was so fun having these two in front of my camera and capturing their love for each other. They also brought their sweet rescue dog, Dustpan, for the session and he was wearing the cutest striped bow-tie to match his parents. Kristina is my childhood best friend and I’m so excited I get to photograph her marrying Patrick later this November!
