Most days you'll find me sitting at my kitchen counter, clad in a mix of J.Crew and Zara (in neutral colors, of course), pouring my heart into this business of mine while dancing along to my latest Spotify playlist and sipping on a cup of hot tea. I'm an award-winning, published wedding photographer that is obsessed with all things classic and elegant. I'm a former California girl, but a true Midwesterner at heart. I love warm hugs, live music and getting texts from my brides that they cried when they saw their wedding photos!! I live for mornings on my yoga mat and green juice after. Among friends, I'm known for never missing an episode of The Bachelor on Monday nights, overusing exclamation points, and disliking coffee (but loving coffee shops)!

Allison & Scott celebrated becoming husband and wife with a beautiful Grosse Pointe War Memorial Wedding the first weekend of July!! Allison, in a stunning lace Augustus Jones dress from Mimi’s Bridal with a short lace trimmed veil, and Scott, wearing a classic rich navy tux from the Black Tux, threw a classic, timeless wedding celebration for all of their friends and family to enjoy with champagne and blush tones complimented by touches of greenery setting the tone for their day!
I don’t even know where to start this one!! Derek is the brother of one of my best friends growing up and I’ve known him since he was little. I was so excited when he reached out to me almost 2 years ago about photographing his & Chelsea’s Colony Club wedding at the end of June!
They say mother know best, and that was certainly the case for Maureen & Josh!! Josh’s mom and Maureen taught together at the same school. The entire school year, his mom kept telling Maureen that she wanted to introduce her to her son Josh.
I met up with Michaela & Anthony recently in their hometown of Port Huron for their engagement photos! I had driven through Port Huron before on my way to Toronto, but had never actually stopped and wandered around. It is such a cute town with adorable downtown streets and a pretty waterfront!!
I met up with Alex & Kyle last month for their engagement session! I have known Alex since she was in grade school and even coached her cheerleading team way back then!! I was so excited when she reached out last year after Kyle proposed to her about photographing her wedding!!!
Sam & Marina’s wedding day started downtown at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center! Marina’s mom and sister helped her into her beautiful beaded mermaid dress from Allesandra Bridal and Sam’s dad and future brother-in-law helped him into his tux and straightened his bow-tie.
